Take Back the Night – Friday Night
Take Back the Night is CAPSA’s annual 5k run and 1 mile walk. The goal for this event is to bring awareness to the problem of sexual assault in our community and how CAPSA is supporting those impacted by sexual abuse or rape.
A New Day – Saturday Morning
A New Day is a 5K run hosted by the Logan Country Club to benefit CAPSA. At this run you will run on the golf course.
Participate in one or both runs to support CAPSA.

Registration (before April 30):
$20 – Single Event (includes shirt)
$30 – Both Events (includes shirt)
$45 – Single Event (shirt purchased separately)
$55 – Both Events (shirt purchased separately)
Additional shirts can be purchase for $5. After April 30, registration will increase by $5 for individuals and $10 for families and shirts will no longer be available. Shirt design is subject to change.
Take Back the Night
The Take Back the Night 5K run and 1 mile walk starts and finishes at the Logan Aquatic Center. The 5k run takes you on the scenic and relaxing Logan River Trail. The Map illustrates the 5K route.
The family 1 mile walk also starts and finishes at the Logan Aquatic Center.
A New Day
A New Day 5k run and 1 mile walk will all be on the Logan Country Club property. This is an awesome opportunity to run for CAPSA on the beautiful Logan Country Club’s golf course.
Team Building and Groups
Support CAPSA and make CAPSA 5K a company/ team building activity. You can receive a special version of the shirt for your company or group. Purchase 20 spots and receive a custom shirt (select your color and have your logo or name on the front – see below examples). The cost is $25 per participants for 20 to 40 participants and $20 per participants for more than 40 participants.

Early Registration – now through April 30
Waiver and release statement: (by registering, you agree to the following statement) I know that running and walking a trail race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with my voluntary participation in this event, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including extreme temperatures, traffic and all conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue and waive, release, and discharge CAPSA , all sponsors, and workers/volunteers for any and all claims or liability, whether forseen or unforeseen, for death, personal injury or property damage arising out of , or in the course of my participation in this event. I further grant full permission to the above mentioned sponsors and organizers to use any photographs, videos, or other recordings of the event for any reasonable purpose.
